"If it were possible, I would give this agent zero or negative stars. I highly recommend avoiding them. The insurance increased suddenly by 38.46% for my old car. I bought another car where there are no accident reports. However, they keep saying it's for the car. They also did not respond to my last email asking for proper clarification.

Overall, I would recommend not dealing with this agent. In my experience, their initial friendliness turned out to be insincere, and I felt betrayed and stressed by how my concerns were handled."
